Seven Chakra Activation, Balancing & Upleveling

I am so excited that you are here! You may be starting your spiritual journey or having your spiritual awakening and you are like a sponge wanting to soak up as much information as you can. Chakras are an important element of spiritual knowledge because learning about them helps you understand where you are holding onto energies that aren’t serving your highest good. Any new information you learn brings an upleveling to your energy field and consciousness. Learning about your chakras can also help you to feel more in-tune with your own energy field. In this introductory course you will learn about your seven original chakras. You will learn about the Root chakra, Sacral Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Heart Chakra, Throat Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, and Crown Chakra. You will learn the location and color of each of the chakras. You will also get a sound bath that acts as an activation, balancing and upleveling of each of your chakras. If you already know about your seven chakras, then this course will act as an upleveling of your chakras so that they can hold more light. There is a grounding video that you can use after listening to the activation videos, so you are grounded back into the Earth energies. There is one track with just the sound baths, that you can listen to for a meditation or while falling asleep.
